SRM Institute of Science and Expertise (SRMIST), Kattankulathur is providing scholarships to 300 college students from the Perambalur constituency. SRMIST’s Founder Chancellor and Perambalur Constituency Member of Parliament, Dr TR Paarivendhar introduced the scholarship. College students from the Perambalur Lok Sabha section, who want to pursue Engineering and Expertise, Science and Humanities, Agricultural Sciences, Administration, Well being Sciences, Lodge Administration, and many others. can apply. Candidates from economically weaker sections can be chosen primarily based on their efficiency of their respective board examinations.
“For the last two years, SRMIST had given free education to 600 students. This year too I will keep up my election promise and provide free education to 300 students from my constituency,” the minister mentioned whereas talking on the press convention held on the Institute’s premises.
These 300 college students from economically weaker sections within the Perambalur constituency could be given free training on the SRM group of establishments. Dr Paarivendhar mentioned that the SRM group would attempt to make training at personal universities useful to these from the economically weaker sections.
