Beyonce Knowles recently lost hugely to the real estate market after selling off her expensive beachfront Miami property for 75% less when compared to the initial amount she purchased it for, TMZ said.
Based on public records, Beyonce paid the sum of $465,000 for a tiny cabana in Miami condo complex back in 2002, it was measured at 190 square feet, and contained a 1/2 bathroom.
The place is a little beachfront room from which Beyonce could walk to and from the sand and the pool.
There is a huge possibility Beyonce owned a much bigger apartment in the complex and used the cabana to make her change and use her own private restroom without having to move all the way back through the building.
It was before November 9th, though, when Beyonce sold the cabana for $110,000 which is below her $135,000 asking price and $355,000 less to what she paid for it.
